Risk of Loss or Damage All products purchased from Blackburn are handled and packaged with the care and quality our customers expect. Once the purchased product is delivered to the freight carrier, risk of loss or damage is passed to you. Product Descriptions Blackburn Manufacturing attempts to be as accurate as possible. We do not however, warrant how the product is used based solely on our descriptions. For example, our marking flags are described as durable, yet must still be used as temporary, not permanent markers. Liability You, as the end user or purchaser of our products, accept and agree to the responsibility of where and how they are used once they leave our production area. At no time will Blackburn be considered held liable for damages or injury, resulting from actions or incidents occurring once our product has been delivered to a freight carrier. Disputes If you have disputes about products purchased from Blackburn Manufacturing Company you must provide us with details about such disputes no later than 30 days after receiving the goods. If a product is defective in some manner, we may ask you to return a portion of your shipment for examination and evaluation. All disputes are handled on a case by case basis by our management team.
