Blackburn Manufacturing is known for national and international shipping. We use the best way to send our products to you, with very large orders sent via truck freight offering better rates. Once the purchased product transfers to the freight carrier, risk of loss or damage is passed to you.
Plain marking flags are in stock and shipped right away. Printed marking flags will ship within 5-7 business days, 7-10 business during the peak season of March - June.
We do not accept returns of custom printed flags and marking products. Plain marking flags and other marking products may be returned with approval. The customer must return items in the same manner and condition Blackburn originally had shipped them and agree to pay a 20% restocking charge.
Return shipping charges will be the responsibility of the purchaser unless the product received was solely Blackburn order or shipment error. All returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of the product.
All catalog prices are F.O.B. Factory and do not include shipping charges, unless directly specified on an order.
